New Water Billing/Waste Portal

The Town of McIntosh has launched a new customer portal for water accounts, and all residents will need to create a new online account to access the system.

This platform makes it easier to manage your utility account. Once you create your account, you will be able to:
• View your bills
• Pay your bill online quickly and securely
• Set up autopay to ensure timely payments
• Choose the date you want your automatic draft to occur
• Select how you would like to receive your bill (email, paper, or both)
• Update or maintain your payment information at any time

McIntosh Vision

The Town Council held a workshop in October 11, 2021 to begin putting a Vision Statement together along with specific goals to reach that vision. Many suggestions were given in the public meeting. The following draft Vision Statement and Grouping of Goals are a compilation of those comments.
