Proposed Work Permit Application

Certificate of Appropriateness Application

Please note, this application is for any building, relocation, or demolition, that alters the exterior appearance, in the Historic District. In addition, a fee of $75 with a Site Plan Application is required for a new build or change in footprint. Application may be mailed to P.O. Box 165 McIntosh, FL 32664, or dropped off at the Town Hall located at 20400 1oth Street McIntosh, FL 32664.

Tree Permit Application

Please note, this application is to remove or relocate any protected trees from private property. You can find the list of protected trees in our town code. Click here for a direct link.
For concerns with the trimming or removal of trees on town property, please fill out the Public Works Form below. Application may be mailed to P.O. Box 165 McIntosh, FL 32664, or dropped off at the Town Hall located at 20400 1oth Street McIntosh, FL 32664.

Request to Use Town Property Form

Please note, this form is to request to use town property. Please bring all requests to the Town Hall at 20400 10th Street or email to [email protected]. Maps of the town that can be marked up are available in the Town Hall if needed. All requests will be heard by the Town Council at a public council meeting. Council Meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month unless otherwise noticed.
