 Candidate Qualifications

*Must be a registered voter.
*Must be a McIntosh resident who has resided in the town for two years.

Submit Form DS-DE-9 – Appointment of Campaign Treasurer
and Designation of Campaign Depository for Candidates

Obtain (5) valid candidate petitions

Complete and submit the required qualifying forms during the
official qualifying period

Per Charter Section 6.06 Candidates, filing affidavits, qualifying
fee and time of qualifying
