July 1, 2022


The Town of McIntosh will be conducting a general election on
November 8, 2022, to elect two council members.
Election Date: November 8, 2022
Last Day to Register to Vote: Oct.11, 2022
Any Candidate Interested in running for office must qualify
during the official qualifying period.
Opens on Monday, August 8, 12:00 noon
through
Closes on Friday, August 12, 12:00 noon
Candidate Qualifications
*Must be a registered voter
*Must be a McIntosh resident who has resided in the town for two
years

Submit Form DS-DE-9 – Appointment of Campaign Treasurer
and Designation of Campaign Depository for Candidates

Submit five (5) valid candidate petitions

Complete and submit required qualifying forms during the
official qualifying period

Per Charter Section 6.06 Candidates, filing affidavits, qualifying
fee and time of qualifying
