PUBLIC NOTICE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., to hear and consider an application for a variance on Parcel # 02482-000-00.
The meeting will be held in the McIntosh Community Center at 5835 Ave G, McIntosh, FL 32664.
At the public hearing, any party may appear in person, by agent, or attorney.
The nature of the request is to install a generator 10 feet from the property line. 3.01.02 of the McIntosh Historic Land Development Code requires development in R1 zones to be 15 feet from the side property line, therefore a variance request is necessary.
*TWO (2) OR MORE TOWN COUNCIL MEMBERS MAY BE IN ATTENDANCE.
