MEETING SCHEDULES
The following schedules are for 2026.
The Town of McIntosh Local Planning Agency (Planning Commission) will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the McIntosh Community Center, 5822 Avenue F, McIntosh, Florida, to consider two applications to amend the Town’s Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map.
Applications:
1. Sportsman’s Cove Resort, LLC-5423 Ave F, Mcintosh FL, 32664: Future Land Use amendment to C-2 Lakefront Commercial.
2. North East Property Trust (Ron Van Horn, Trustee)- 5555 Ave G McIntosh, FL 32664: Future Land Use amendment from Residential to Historic Commercial.
The Local Planning Agency will make recommendations to the Town Council. The public is invited to attend and provide comments.
